Description of the Role

We are looking for hungry and motivated team players who want to be part of a dynamic group focused on a relentless pursuit of excellent customer service. Being a self-starter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in is a key trait. To be the best - we need the best.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients via cold calls and networking events
  • Develop, build, and manage a sales pipeline
  • Present and sell services to current and potential clients
  • Oversee the sales process at each stage from quoting to fulfillment to follow up
  • Use our CRM software to stay organized and build your sales pipeline
  • Negotiate rates on a tactical and strategic level
  • Build loads accurately and track and trace shipments in our Transportation Management System
  • Operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in a business related subject
  • 2+ years customer service experience and/or B2B sales
