We take full advantage of our wellness plan at 1-Bridge and have been fortunate enough to combine it by donating time and funds to worthy causes such as the Ride to Conquer Cancer and Run for H20 Vancouver. The main point is that our strongest asset it our body and it is critical to make time to take care of it. I was really busy the other day with life in general, but I made time to at least go for a walk at lunch. My goal is to sweat for at least 30 minutes per day. Anything from crossfit, cycling to hiking with family and everything in between. Believe it or not your body is a key tool in your business. Keep it strong and energized and it will translate to a healthier team and improved bottom line.
